Notes for the Appendix 4C Quarterly Cash Statement for 31 March 2006

MEDICAL MONITORS LIMITED (the "Company")

ASX: MDM

The Company received further part payments in sales revenue for manufactured devices delivered to the USA-based monitoring service, iCardia Healthcare Corporation (iCardia), and expenses were in line with expectations during the quarter.

Subsequent events for the quarter to June 30, 2006, will show an inflow of funds of more than \$500,000, that has accrued over the past months from the Company's overseas business ventures, as well as additional sales revenue.

As previously announced, the Directors of Primedical International, the distributor of the suPERTM ECG monitoring units in the USA, are pleased with the growing success of the iCardia monitoring service in Chicago. A US national sales and marketing campaign is now well underway, utilising the recently delivered 15,000 suPER™ ECG monitoring units.

The Directors believe that sufficient funds, and other financial arrangements, are in place to provide for the payment of accounts as and when they fall due. The Directors further believe that there is a sound financial base for the Company to continue with its current programs, in Australia and overseas, and that the Company will benefit from the increasing sales revenue anticipated over the coming months.

The Directors are confident of the continuing success for the Company's products and services in Australia and internationally, and will keep the market informed of any new developments.
