On August 9, 2017, Radian Group Inc. (the “Company”) issued a news release announcing that its Board of Directors approved a share repurchase program that authorizes the Company to purchase up to $50 million of its common stock through July 31, 2018. A copy of this news release is filed as Exhibit 99.1 to this Current Report on Form 8-K and is incorporated herein by reference.
