On February 21, 2017, Teresa Bryce Bazemore, President of Radian Guaranty Inc., the mortgage insurance subsidiary of Radian Group Inc. (the “Company”), notified the Company of her intent to retire, effective April 30, 2017. Ms. Bazemore joined the Company in October 2006 and has served in various leadership roles, including as head of the Company’s mortgage insurance business since 2008.
