In accordance with the provisions of the Capital Act and Section 2.5 of Appendix 4 of the Legal Regulation No. 24/2008.(VIII.15) issued by the Financial Minister, RÁBA Plc. as issuer herewith publishes that Mr. Endre Vojtek who has been elected as Chairman of the Supervisory Board and member of the Audit Committee by the General Meeting of October 30, 2025 does not hold any Rába shares.
