TRADING HALT

The securities of Black Mountain Resources Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday 29 July, 2015 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT

Black Mountain Resources Limited (ASX:BMZ) (“BMZ” or the “Company”) requests that a trading halt be granted by the Australian Securities Exchange (ASX) with respect to its securities, effective immediately.

In accordance with Listing Rule 17.1, the Company advises that:

• 1. it seeks a trading halt pending an announcement to be made in respect of Debt Refinancing and Development Funding;
• 1. it requests the trading halt end on the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 29 July 2015, or when an announcement in respect of the above is released to the market; and
• 1. it is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, or of any other information necessary to inform the market about the trading halt.
