Resolutions 1 to 10 required a minimum of 50% of votes cast to be in favour of the Resolution for it to be passed. Further to the votes noted above these resolutions were approved.

Resolution 11 required a minimum of 75% of votes cast to be in favour of the Resolution for it to be passed. Further to the vote noted above this Resolution was passed.
