Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Quantafuel ASA on 6 April 2022 regarding the share capital increase carried out in connection with the settlement of ownership of UK project developments for 800,000 shares to Midas Group AS.

The new share capital and number of shares have been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.
