Based on the board authorization granted by the general meeting on 27 June 2018 , the Company's share capital has been increased with 10,000 new shares as a result of exercise of options by employees in the Company. The Company share capital is after the increase NOK 111,774.67 , corresponding to 11,177,467 shares each with the nominal value of NOK 0.01.
