Quantafuel AS | Registration of share capital increase

Reference is made to the stock exchange notice by Quantafuel AS on 19 June 2020 regarding the private placement towards KIRKBI A/S.

The share capital increase pertaining to the private placement has now been registered with the Norwegian Register of Business Enterprises.

The new share capital of Quantafuel AS is NOK 125,663.55 divided into 12,566,355 shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.01.
