Quantafuel ASA | Share issue under option program

Reference is made to the extraordinary general meeting of Quantafuel ASA (the "Company") held on 3 July 2020 where the board of directors was authorised to increase the share capital in connection with the Company's share option program.

As a result of exercise of options by a former employee of the Company, the board has resolved to increase the Company's share capital with NOK 1,000, by the issuance of 100,000 new shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.01.
