Director/PDMR Shareholding

Quadrise Fuels International plc (AIM: QFI), the emerging supplier of MSAR®, a low cost alternative to heavy fuel oil in the shipping, refining and power generation markets, announces that Michael Ian Duckels, an independent non-executive director of the Company, informed the Company yesterday that he and his spouse each purchased 112,593 ordinary shares of 1p each in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 12.13p pence per Ordinary Share (225,186 Ordinary Shares in aggregate) into their ISA accounts on 22 March 2016 and simultaneously disposed of 164,880 Ordinary Shares, jointly held, at the same price.

Following these transactions, Michael Ian Duckels is interested in 3,877,766 Ordinary Shares, representing 0.48 per cent. of the Company's issued ordinary share capital.
