Quadrise Fuels International PLC, the emerging manufacturer and supplier of MSAR®, a low cost alternative to heavy fuel oil in the shipping, refining, and power generation markets, announces that, Raksha Thanawala, the wife of Hemant Thanawala, Finance Director, today sold 500,000 ordinary shares in the Company ("Ordinary Shares") at a price of 30.4p per share.  Following this transaction, Mr Thanawala's aggregate beneficial interest in the Company (together with his connected parties) amounts to 8,863,400 Ordinary Shares equivalent to 1.15 per cent. of the issued share capital.
