With the stock exchange release of April 13, 2021, Qt Group announced that is has acquired all the shares in Germany-based froglogic GmbH. The Qt Group supplements the financial information regarding the acquired entity with the following information:

• Revenue 2020: EUR 6.5 million (2019: EUR 6.4 million)
• Earnings before interests and taxes (EBIT) 2020: EUR 2.7 million (2019: EUR 2.7 million)
• EBIT - margin 2020: 41.3% of revenues (2019: 42.6% of revenues)
• Trade receivables 31.12.2020: EUR 0.5 million (2019: EUR 0.6 million)
• Cash & equivalents 31.12.2020: EUR 2.4 million (2019: EUR 3.0 million)
• Total Assets 31.12.2020: EUR 3.2 million (2019: EUR 3.8 million)
