QPR SOFTWARE PLC STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE 23 NOVEMBER, 2009 at 4 p.m. CHANGES AT QPR SOFTWARE PLC´S MANAGEMENT Päivi Vahvelainen (50) has been appointed as Chief Financial Officer and Member of the Executive Management Team at QPR Software Plc as of 24 November, 2009. Päivi Vahvelainen has previously worked as the acting CFO at QPR Software from 6 May, 2008 to 10 August, 2009. Prior to QPR she has worked as CFO in Holiday Club Resorts and before that held several financial management leadership positions, among others, in Sonera Corporation, Oy Gustav Paulig Ab and Sanitec Group.
