PUUILO PLC, STOCK EXCHANGE RELEASE, June 28, 2021 at 9.30 EET 

Puuilo has received a notification in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 6 and 7 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act.

According to the notification, the The Capital Group Companies, Inc.’s total indirect holdings in shares has increased above the threshold of 5 % on June 24, 2021 and is now 7.49 % per cent of all of the registered shares in Puuilo.
