Puuilo has today received a notification in accordance with Chapter 9, Section 5, 6 and 7 of the Finnish Securities Markets Act. 

According to the notification, the total direct and indirect holding of Danske Bank A/S has increased above the threshold of 5 % on July 2, 2021 and is now 7.24 % per cent of all of the registered shares in Puuilo.
