ITEM 2.02 RESULTS OF OPERATIONS AND FINANCIAL CONDITION

On August 9, 2021, Purple Innovation, Inc. (the “Company”) issued a press release announcing its financial results for the second quarter ended June 30, 2021 and providing revised guidance for 2021. A copy of the Company's press release is attached as Exhibit 99.1 to this report and incorporated by reference.
