Pursuant to Regulation 30 read with Para A of Part A of Schedule Ill of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations. 2015, this is to inform you that the M/s Raj Gupta & Co., Chartered Accountants has been appointed as Statutory Auditors of the Company in the 40th Annual General Meeting held on 28th September, 2O2l through Video Conferencing/Other Audio Visual Means.
