Petratherm Ltd (ASX: PTR) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Petratherm Ltd (‘PTR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of PTR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 18 September 2024 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt

Dear Nicola,

Petratherm Limited (' PTR ' or ‘ the Company ’) requests that a trading halt be granted by the ASX with respect to the Company’s securities quoted on the ASX immediately.

The information required under Listing Rule 17.1 is set out below:

1. The Company requests a trading halt pending an announcement regarding capital raising initiatives.

2. The trading halt should remain in place until the earlier of:

3. The release of an announcement by the Company in relation to capital raising initiatives.

4. The commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 18 September 2024.

5. The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted.
