RESTRICTED SECURITIES TO BE RELEASED FROM ESCROW - CLARIFICATION
Petratherm Limited (the Company/Petratherm) (ASX:PTR) wishes to provide further clarification to the announcement lodged 15 April 2020 “Restricted Securities to be Released from Escrow” (the “Announcement”). This Announcement was made less than five business days before the end of the original escrow period which does not comply with the requirements under Listing Rule 3.10A.
To ensure compliance with Listing Rule 3.10A the Company has extended the escrow period of the 1,250,000 unquoted ordinary shares and 11,487,583 unlisted options exercisable at $0.040 on or before 6 April 2021. These securities will now be released from escrow on 24 April 2020 instead of 17 April 2020.
