Petratherm Ltd (ASX: PTR) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Petratherm Ltd (‘PTR’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of PTR, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Tuesday, 24 November 2020 or when the announcement is released to the market.

REQUEST FOR TRADING HALT – PETRATHERM LTD

Petratherm Limited (“The Company”) formally requests that you grant a trading halt on the entity’s securities with immediate effect.

In accordance with ASX Listing Rule 17.1, the following information is provided:

• a) The Company intends to make an announcement regarding a proposed capital raising initiative.

• b) The Company requests the trading halt remain in place until the earlier of the Company releasing an announcement in relation to a) above, or the commencement of trading on Tuesday 24 November 2020; and

• c) The Company is not aware of any reason why the trading halt should not be granted, nor is it aware of any other information required to be provided to the market in relation to the trading halt.
