Subject: Intimation of receipt of Work Order/Letter of Intent

Pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, we are pleased to inform that the company is in receipt of Work Orders worth INR 653.67 Crores * (excluding taxes).

The details of orders as required as per SEBI Circular No. SEBI/HO/CFD/CFD-PoD1/P/CIR/2023/123 dated July 13, 2023 are given below:

1. Civil and Structural Work for the project “Himalaya” at Sanand, Gujarat for International Refreshments (India) Private Limited worth INR 484.02 Crores (excl. GST) in Industrial Category. The Project is to be completed within a period of 14 months. None of the Promoters/promoter group/group companies have any interest in the entity/entities from whom the order/contract is received and the award of order does not fall within the purview of related party transactions.

2. Construction of Project “Ninety” at Mumatpura, Ahmedabad, Gujarat worth INR 102.00 Crores (excl. GST) from PSP Properties LLP in Institutional Category. The project is to be completed within a period of 10 months. Mr. Prahaladbhai S. Patel, Chairman, Managing Director and CEO of the company is a Designated Partner in PSP Properties LLP and, as such, is interested in the Work Order. The Work Order falls under the purview of Related Party Transaction and the same is done at arm’s length value.

(*includes few small value work orders totalling to INR 67.65 crores)

With receipt of above orders, the total order inflow for the financial year 2024-25 till date amounts to INR 889.98 Crores .

We are also pleased to inform that we have emerged as Lowest Bidder (L1 Bidder) for Construction of Hotel and Secondary High School worth INR 168.13 Crores (Excl. GST).

All the projects are awarded by domestic entities.
