FILING OF THE MINUTES OF THE ORDINARY AND EXTRAORDINARY SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 28 APRIL 2021 AND OF THE UPDATED BY-LAWS
Milan, 19 May 2021. Prysmian S.p.A. informs that the minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 28 April 2021, together with the relevant attachments among which the updated By-laws, are available on the Company's website at www.prysmiangroup.com (under Company/Governance/Shareholders Meeting) on the website of Borsa Italiana S.p.A. at www.borsaitaliana.it and in the mechanism for the central storage at .
