MINUTES OF THE SHAREHOLDERS' MEETING OF 12 APRIL 2018
Milan, 11 May 2018. Prysmian informs that, the minutes of the Ordinary and Extraordinary Shareholders' Meeting held on 12 April 2018, together with the relevant attachments among which the updated By-laws, are available on the Company's website at www.prysmiangroup.com (in the section Investors/Shareholder Information/Shareholders' Meetings), on the Borsa Italiana website at www.borsaitaliana.it and in the mechanism for the central storage at .
