Boudewijn van Vliet, a member of the board of directors of Pryme BV, has on 6 and 8 October 2021 acquired 103,205 shares in Pryme at an average price of NOK 37.62 per share. Following these transactions, he will hold 1,903,205 shares in Pryme (of which 1,800,000 through Oliphant Holding SA).
