Today Pryme BV publishes its annual accounts over 2020 as well as the corresponding independent auditor's report. The annual accounts have been approved by the board of directors and are subject to final approval by the annual general meeting.

Important developments in 2021:

In February the company secured financing for its first industrial scale plant. Subsequently all long lead items have been ordered and Engie Solutions has been selected to lead the construction which will start in September 2021. Commissioning is scheduled for Q2 2022. The plant is expected to produce 45'000mt of pyrolysis oil per annum.

Pryme has negotiated an increase of the existing asset backed loan facility related to the construction of its first plant, from EUR 3.7 million to EUR 8.2 million, with a duration of 96 months.

Pryme will report its Q1 results on 26 May 2021 and will hold an investor call on the same day.
