Today, Protector Forsikring ASA has transferred own shares to the below primary insiders at price of NOK 88.00 per share.

568 shares to Henrik Høye, Director Commercial & Public

568 shares to Hans Didring, Country Manager Sweden

568 shares to Amund Grønvold Skoglund, Executive Assistant & IR

The transfer is related to the company's new share purchase program where all permanent employees have been given the opportunity to buy shares for up to NOK 50,000 with a 25% discount, limited up to NOK 7,500. A bonus share will be awarded for every fifth share held for two years.
