ETHAN MINERALS APPOINTS MR KIM FRANCE AS COMPANY SECRETARY AND ACCOUNTANT
The Directors of Perth based explorer, Ethan Minerals Limited (ASX: ETH) are pleased to announce the appointment of Mr Kimberley Graeme France (Kim) as Company Secretary. Mr France comes in on a contractor basis.
Ethan, as part of its transition from a wholly exploration company to a mine operator, is bringing various functions in house, including accounting and company secretarial.
Mr France is a fellow of Chartered Secretaries Australia and a Certified Public Accountant. Over his 36 year career, he has worked in a number of industries, mainly in an executive capacity. He has been predominantly employed within the resources industry for the last 20 years. His roles have included acting as CFO and Company Secretary for a number of unlisted financial institutions, listed companies as well as numerous unlisted public and private companies.
