Please find enclosed a Form 604 - Notice of change of interests of substantial holder dated 2 September 2019 in respect of the interests of APAC Resources Limited and its related bodies corporate ("APAC Group") in Prodigy Gold NL (ASX: PRX) ("PRX").

The decrease in APAC Group's holding in PRX resulted from the dilutive effect of the issue of 100,000,000 shares by PRX on 29 August 2019 under the placement announced on 21 August 2019 which was partially offset by the issue of 4,166,667 fully paid ordinary shares to an entity of the APAC Group by PRX on 29 August 2019 under the placement announced on 21 August 2019.
