Prodigy Gold NL - Notice of Change of Interests of Substantial Holder

We enclose a Notice of Change of Interests of Substantial Holder (Form 604) in respect of the interests held by Allied Properties Investments (1) Company Limited and its related bodies corporate (Allied Group) in Prodigy Gold NL (ASX: PRX) (PRX).

We note that Allied Group holds a relevant interest under section 608(3) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) in the same securities in PRX in which APAC Resources Limited and any of its related bodies corporate (APAC Group) have a relevant interest. Any change of interests held by APAC Group in PRX will also result in the same change of interests held by Allied Group in PRX and may not be separately notified in the future.

The decrease in Allied Group's holding in PRX resulted from the dilutive effect of the issue of 100,000,000 shares by PRX on 29 August 2019 under the placement announced on 21 August 2019 which was partially offset by the issue of 4,166,667 fully paid ordinary shares to an entity of the APAC Group by PRX on 29 August 2019 under the placement announced on 21 August 2019.
