Appointment of Non Executive Director of ABM Resources NL

The Board of ABM Resources NL (ABM) is very pleased to announce the appointment of Andrew Simpson to the position of Non Executive Director. Andrew Simpson has extensive experience in minerals marketing, project development and corporate development. He will add significant value to ABM with his extensive industry and corporate experience.

Andrew Simpson is a senior marketing executive with extensive global marketing experience in the resource and mining industry, including more than 30 years of international marketing and distribution of minerals and metals. He is currently the managing director of Resource & Technology Marketing Services Pty Ltd, a company providing specialist marketing and business assessment advisory services to the mineral resources and technology industries, both in Australia and internationally. Andrew Simpson is on the Boards of a number of ASX listed companies. He is non executive Chairman of Swick Mining Services Pty Ltd and non executive director of Consolidated Minerals Limited, Vital Metals Limited and the soon to be listed India Resources Limited. He is a Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
