Announcement of Regulated Information under Law 3556/2007

"PRODEA REAL ESTATE INVESTMEΝT SOCIETE ANONYME" (the "Company") announces, in accordance with the provisions of Law 3556/2007 and article 19 of Regulation (EU) 596/2014 and following receipt of a relevant notification, that Mr. Nikolaos Iatrou, Non-Executive Member of the Board of Directors of the Company, on January 27 and 28, 2026, disposed of 600 common registered shares of the Company, as follows:

• On 27 January 2026, he disposed of 250 common registered shares, at a price of €5.83 per share, for a total value of €1,456.25.
• On 28 January 2026, he disposed of 350 common registered shares, at a price of €5.82 per share, for a total value of €2,035.49.

The aggregate value of the above transactions amounts to €3,491.74.
