PDI & ROBEX MERGER UPDATE
Predictive Discovery Limited (ASX: PDI) ("PDI") and Robex Resources Inc. (ASX: RXR, TSXV: RBX) ("Robex") advise that all the required steps for implementation of the merger have been completed other than the administrative process of the applicable Quebec registry issuing the Certificate of Arrangement, which will confirm that the merger has become effective. The companies will provide an update once this has occurred.
This joint ASX Announcement has been authorised for release by the PDI Chair and the Robex Company Secretary.
