Notice Given Under Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act

Predictive Discovery Limited (Company) gives notice to the ASX for the purpose of Section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act 2001 (the 'Act'), that on 10 February 2022 it issued and allotted a total of 6,100,000 fully paid ordinary shares on exercise of options at $0.0986 per share to raise $601,460.

The Company notifies ASX under paragraph 708A(5)(e) of the Act that:

• 1. The Company issued the above Shares without disclosure to the relevant parties under Part 6D.2 of the Act.
• 1. As at the date of this notice the Company has complied with: (a) The provisions of Chapter 2M of the Act (as applicable to the Company); and (b) Section 674 of the Act.
• 1. As at the date of this notice there is no excluded information (as defined in paragraphs (7) and (8) of section 708A of the Act) which is required to be disclosed by the Company.
