Notification of Expiry of Listed Options
Predictive Discovery Limited (“ Predictive ” or “ Company ”) ( ASX:PDI ) advises that the attached letter has been sent to registered holders of the Company’s listed options (ASX:PDIOA)(“ PDIOA Options ”) advising that the PDIOA Options which are exercisable at $0.018 each, will expire at 5:00pm(WST) on 24 December 2022 (“ Expiry Date” ).
Official quotation of the PDIOA Options on ASX will cease at close of trading on Monday 19 December 2022, being four business days before the Expiry Date.
Holders of the PDIOA Options can exercise all or part of their PDIOA Options prior to the Expiry Date by providing the Company a completed written exercise notice specifying the number of PDIOA Options being exercised and a payment of funds for the total exercise price for the number of PDIOA Options being exercised.

## **Dear Optionholder** ## **Expiry of Quoted Options (ASX: PDIOA)** Predictive Discovery Limited (ASX: PDI) ( **Company** ) advises that quoted options in the Company ( **PDIOA Options** ) exercisable at $0.018 are due to expire at 5:00pm (WST) on 24 December 2022 ( **Expiry Date).** ## **The Company provides the following information:** - You currently hold PDIOA Options. - The exercise price of each PDIOA Option is $0.018. - Each PDIOA Option entitles the holder to receive on exercise of the option, one fully paid ordinary share in the Company. - Official quotation of the PDIOA Options on ASX will cease at close of trading on Monday, 19 December 2022, being four business days before the Expiry Date. - Holders of the PDIOA Options can exercise all or part of their PDIOA Options prior to the Expiry Date by providing the Company a completed written exercise notice specifying the number of PDIOA Options being exercised and a payment of funds for the total exercise price for the number of PDIOA Options being exercised. The option exercise form is attached. - If an exercise notice and corresponding payment is not received by 5pm (WST) on 24 December 2022, your PDIOA Options will expire and no further value, rights or entitlement will exist. - The highest and lowest market price for the fully paid ordinary shares in PDI (being the underlying securities to which the PDIOA Options relate) during the three months immediately before the date of this notice were as follows: - Highest Price: $ 0.225 on 25 August 2022 - Lowest Price: $0.15 on 31 October 2022 - No underwriting agreement exists in respect of the PDIOA Options.
