Retirement of Executive Director and Postponement of General Meetin g

Predictive Discovery Limited (ASX:PDI) (“ Predictive ” or “the Company ”) announces that its Executive Director Mr Paul Roberts has advised the Company that he intends to retire from the Board of Directors effective 30 June 2022.

Mr Roberts’ legacy at Predictive, and indeed in the wider mining industry, will always be the discovery of the world class Bankan Gold Project in Guinea. He has worked diligently and tirelessly for 14 years for the Company, often under extremely difficult and challenging conditions. The onset of the Covid-19 pandemic saw Mr Roberts spending significant periods of time away from his family both in Guinea and in varied quarantine arrangements. Through every set of circumstances he encountered, his professionalism and dedication to the task shone through and as a result the Company and all its stakeholders are in an enviable position as Bankan enters its next phase.

Predictive is pleased to advise that Mr Roberts will remain in an advisory capacity to the Company following his retirement from the Board.

The Company has commenced a process to add additional skills and strength to its Board to coincide with Mr Roberts’ retirement.

As a consequence of Mr Roberts’ pending board retirement, the Board has resolved to postpone the upcoming General Meeting scheduled to be held 4pm WST on 9 March 2022 to a later date. Shareholders will be advised of details in due course.
