Receipt of regulatory approvals

Praemium Limited (ASX: PPS) (Praemium) is pleased to advise that further to its announcement on 21 December 2021, all regulatory approvals from the Financial Conduct Authority in the United Kingdom and the Jersey Financial Services Commission in Jersey have been granted in relation to the sale of Praemium’s International business to Morningstar.

Praemium is working through the remaining steps to complete the transaction with final settlement expected late in the current quarter or early in the next quarter.
