Praemium Limited
TRADING HALT
The securities of Praemium Limited (the “Company”) will be placed in Trading Halt Session State at the request of the Company, pending the release of an announcement by the Company. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in Trading Halt Session State until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Friday, 9 September 2011 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Request for Trading Halt
Praemium Limited (“Praemium”) requests that a Trading Halt be immediately applied to its quoted securities.
The Trading Halt is sought because Praemium is undertaking a capital raising.
Praemium requests that the Trading Halt remain in place until an announcement is made in respect to the capital raising (but, in any event, not beyond the time prescribed by the ASX Listing Rules).
Praemium is not aware of any reason by the Trading Halt should not be granted.
