Change in Company Secretary

The Directors announce that Cathryn Nolan has resigned as General Counsel and Company Secretary, effective today. Ms Nolan has served in these positions since May 2006, and has been instrumental in the development of Praemium’s products in Australia and expansion into the UK market. She served as an Executive Director from August 2007 to August 2011.

The Directors wish to thank and acknowledge Ms Nolan’s contributions during this time.

Pursuant to ASX Listing Rule 3.16.1, Praemium Limited (ASX:PPS) wishes to advise that Paul Gutteridge, the Group’s CFO, has been appointed Company Secretary with immediate effect. Mr Gutteridge was appointed as Group CFO on 15 June 2011.
