At the Annual General Meeting on April 30, 2026, Ms. Ilaria RESTA was elected as Independent Non-Executive Director.

With effect from April 30, 2026, Ms. Ilaria RESTA was appointed by the Board of Directors (the (“Board”) as a member of the Audit and Risk Committee and a member of the Nomination Committee, replacing Mr. Lorenzo BERTELLI, who resigned as a member of the Nomination Committee with effect from the same date.
