Polymetals Resources Ltd (ASX: POL) – Trading Halt

Description

The securities of Polymetals Resources Ltd (‘POL’) will be placed in trading halt at the request of POL, pending it releasing an announcement. Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of the commencement of normal trading on Monday, 10 February 2025 or when the announcement is released to the market.

Polymetals Resources Limited-Request for Trading Halt

Polymetals Resources Limited (ASX: POL) (Company) requests that an immediate trading halt be applied to its securities and in this regard provides the following information to ASX in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1:

• the Company requests up to a 2-trading day trading halt to allow the Company to complete a capital raising;

• the Company requests that the trading halt applied to its securities continue until the earlier of:

  • -the Company’s announcement being lodged with ASX and accepted; and

  • -the commencement of trading on 10 February 2025.

• the Company is not aware of any reason why the requested trading halt should not be granted by ASX; and

• the Company is not aware of other information necessary to inform the market in relation to the trading halt.
