SHARE PURCHASE PLAN COMPLETION

Polymetals Resources Ltd (ASX: POL ) (“ Polymetals ”) advises that the Share Purchase Plan which opened on 18 February 2025 has been completed raising $423,500.

A total of 529,375 new fully paid ordinary Polymetals shares will be issued (“ Shares ”). The issue price for the shares is $0.80. This follows Polymetals $35 million institutional placement (“ Placement ”), the completion of which was announced on 10 February 2025. As previously announced, funds raised will be used to strengthen the balance sheet as Polymetals transitions to production at the Endeavor silver zinc mine and materially increase exploration activities.

The shares are expected to be issued on 17 March 2025 and commence trading on the ASX on 18 March 2025. Shares issued under the SPP will rank equally with Polymetals existing shares with effect from their date of issue.

Board and Management participation in the SPP was $295,000.
