Cleansing Notice

Polymetals Resources Ltd ( Company ) provides this notice following the issue of 7,142,857 shares (each, a Share ) on completion of a share placement.

As required by section 708A(5)(e) and 708A(6) of the Corporations Act 2001 (Cth) ( Corporations Act ), the Company states that:

• the Company issued the new Shares the subject of this notice to an “exempt” investor without disclosure under Part 6D.2 of the Corporations Act;

• this notice is being given by the Company to ASX under section 708A(5)(e) of the Corporations Act;

• as at the date of this notice, the Company has complied with:

  • the provisions of Chapter 2M of the Corporations Act, as they apply to the Company; and

  • section 674 and 674A of the Corporations Act; and

• there is no “excluded information” (as that term is defined in and qualified by section 708A(7) and section 708A(8) of the Corporations Act, respectively) as at the date of this notice which would otherwise be required to be set out in this notice by section 708A(6)(e) of the Corporations Act.

The contents and release of this notice have been authorised by the Company Secretary.
