Polymetals Resources Ltd (ASX: POL) – Trading Halt

Trading in the securities of Polymetals Resources Ltd (‘POL’) will be halted at the request of POL, pending the release of an announcement by POL.

Unless ASX decides otherwise, the securities will remain in trading halt until the earlier of:

• the commencement of normal trading on Wednesday, 3 December 2025; or

• the release of the announcement to the market.

POL’s request for a trading halt is attached below for the information of the market.

Polymetals Resources Limited-Request for Trading Halt

Polymetals Resources Limited (ASX: POL) (Company) requests that an immediate trading halt be applied to its securities and in this regard provides the following information to ASX in accordance with Listing Rule 17.1:

• the Company requests up to a 2-trading day trading halt to allow the Company to complete a capital raising;

• the Company requests that the trading halt applied to its securities continue until the earlier of:

  • -the Company’s announcement being lodged with ASX and accepted; and

  • -the commencement of trading on 3 December 2025.

• the Company is not aware of any reason why the requested trading halt should not be granted by ASX; and

• the Company is not aware of other information necessary to inform the market in relation to the trading halt.
