Polymetals Resources Limited (ASX-POL, the Company) advises that the Letter to Shareholders, the Offer Booklet and accompanying Entitlement and Acceptance Forms in relation to the Company’s Rights Issue have been sent to all shareholders holding shares in the Company on the Record date of 5 December 2023.
