Date of 2025 Annual General Meeting

Polymetals Resources Limited (ASX: POL) advises in accordance with ASX Listing Rule 3.13.1 that:

• the Company’s 2025 Annual General Meeting is currently scheduled to be convened on Friday 21 November 2025.

• On the basis of the above meeting date, and pursuant to its Constitution, the Company advises that the closing date for the receipt of nominations from persons wishing to be considered for election as a Director is Monday 22 September 2025. Any nominations must be received in writing at the Company’s Registered Office by 5:00 pm AEST.

The materials for the AGM will be produced and provided to shareholders in due course.
