polight ASA: SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE REGISTERED

Reference is made to the private placement of 1,136,363 new shares, as announced

on 13 September 2021 (the "Private Placement"). The share capital increase

relating to the Private Placement has now been registered with the Norwegian

Register of Business Enterprises. The share capital has been increased with NOK

227,272.60 through issuance of 1,136,363 new shares, each with a par value of

NOK 0.20. The new share capital is thus NOK 2,052,912.60 divided by 10,264,563

shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.20. This information is subject to the

disclosure requirements pursuant to Section 5 -12 of the Norwegian Securities

Trading Act.
