polight ASA: SHARE CAPITAL INCREASE REGISTERED

Reference is made to previous announcements by poLight ASA (the "Company")

regarding a subsequent offering of 116,396 new shares in the Company (the

"Subsequent Offering" and the "Offer Shares"), each with a par value of NOK

0.20, and each Offer Share at a subscription price of NOK 110. Reference is

furthermore made to the resolution by the general meeting of the Company on 26

May 2021 regarding an authorization to the board of directors of the Company to

resolve certain share capital increases as registered in the Register of

Business Enterprises on 19 July 2021 and the subsequent resolution by the board

of directors of the Company on 4 and 21 October 2021 regarding the share capital

increase pertaining to the Subsequent Offering.

The share capital increase has now been registered with the Norwegian Register

of Business Enterprises. The share capital has been increased with NOK 23 279.20

through issuance of 116 396 new shares, each with a par value of NOK 0.20. The

new share capital is thus NOK 2 077 019.20 divided by 10 385 096 shares, each

with a par value of NOK 0.20.
