polight ASA: Exercise of options by primary insider

Pierre Craen, CTO has on 23 June 2020 exercised 7667 share options in poLight

ASA (the "Company"). Each share option has a strike price of NOK 18.90.

Following the exercise of the share options, Pierre Craen will hold 8 787 shares

and 55 334 options in the Company.

The new shares will be issued based on an authorization to increase the share

capital granted to the Board of Directors on 28 May 2020. The share issue is

expected to be completed within the beginning of July.
