poLight ASA: Key information relating to the Subsequent Offering

Reference is made to the announcement by poLight ASA on 13 September 2021

concerning completion of a private placement with total gross proceeds of

approximately NOK 125 million (the "Private Placement") and a contemplated

subsequent repair offering (the "Subsequent Offering").

The Subsequent Offering is subject to; (i) completion of the Private Placement,

(ii) required corporate resolutions being made, (iii) prevailing market

conditions and (iv) the publication of a prospectus in accordance with

applicable legislation.

The formal resolution related to the Subsequent Offering will be made by the

Company's Board of Directors at a later time.
